街全体がオレンジと黒の飾りで華やかに彩られ、仮装した人たちも多くて、とても賑やかな雰囲気でした✨️ただ、週末ということもあって人の多さにはびっくりしました…。

Halloween is here again this year!🎃👻(by the owner)

The whole city was beautifully decorated in orange and black, and so many people were in costumes—it created such a lively atmosphere!✨️ Since it was the weekend, the crowds were even bigger than I expected.
I always make it a point to take care of my body through stretching, but during this season, the cold makes muscles stiff more easily. So I try to stay refreshed by enjoying the festive Halloween events while also keeping my body relaxed and supple!😊
